What can I add to Jeat? Two things. You can add restaurants that you’re interested in checking out to your Interested Collections. And if you really like them, simply add them to your Fan Collections. How do I rate a restaurant? Simple. It’s a thumbs up approach and you can tell us if it’s Good, Great, Superb. What about comments? Who has time for comments? You’re hungry. You want to get out there and eat. And besides, Jeat is your community. You’ve added your friends whose opinions you trust so there are no unknowns here. But what if I’ve had a bad experience at a restaurant. Hey, anyone can have a bad day, right? At Jeat, we think you owe it to the restaurant owner to tell him/her about that and we’re sure you feel the same. That’s why you can communicate directly and privately to the Restaurant Owner (RO). Give them a chance to win you over. And if my problem hasn’t been resolved? If you feel as if you’ve made a good faith attempt to resolve your issue, then you can simply delete them. Jeat is all about keeping track of positive experiences.
